ATLAS is a digital training platform designed for athletes, personal trainers, gyms, and fitness organizations.

  • information entered by you or, where applicable, by your connected Personal Trainer.

Personal Trainer and Gym Information

If you connect with a Personal Trainer or use ATLAS through a gym or club, information necessary to manage that relationship may be processed, including:

  • connection requests;

  • assigned training plans;

  • plan updates;

  • appointments;

  • messages or notifications related to the training relationship;

  • gym or trainer associations.

Technical and Device Information

We may automatically process technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service, such as:

  • device and operating system information;

  • application version;

  • technical identifiers;

  • authentication information;

  • error and diagnostic information;

  • security logs.

Subscription and Purchase Information

Paid subscriptions may be processed through third-party app stores, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.

ATLAS does not directly receive or store your full payment card details.

We may receive information necessary to manage subscription access, such as:

  • subscription product;

  • transaction or purchase identifiers;

  • subscription status;

  • renewal status;

  • purchase and expiration dates.

Artificial Intelligence Features

ATLAS may provide AI-assisted features, including Atlas Coach, to help create or adapt training plans and provide training-related suggestions.

When these features are used, relevant information such as training goals, preferences, experience, workout history, and training context may be processed to generate the requested functionality.

AI-generated content is provided as support for training planning and does not replace qualified medical or healthcare advice.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

  • create and manage your ATLAS account;

  • provide training plans and workout functionality;

  • track workout history and progress;

  • connect athletes with Personal Trainers;

  • enable Personal Trainers to create and update training plans;

  • manage appointments and relevant notifications;

  • provide AI-assisted training features;

  • manage subscriptions and premium access;

  • authenticate users and protect accounts;

  • maintain the security and reliability of the service;

  • troubleshoot technical problems;

  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations;

  • improve ATLAS features and user experience.

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal data.

Information may be shared only where necessary to provide ATLAS services, including with:

Personal Trainers and Gyms

If you choose to connect your account with a Personal Trainer, gym, or club, information relevant to the training relationship may be visible to or managed by those parties.

Technology Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to operate ATLAS, including services for:

  • cloud infrastructure and databases;

  • authentication;

  • notifications;

  • analytics and diagnostics;

  • artificial intelligence functionality;

  • application distribution and subscription management.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.

App Stores

Google Play and the Apple App Store independently process purchase and subscription information according to their own privacy policies.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a competent authority.

5. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Account and training information may be retained while your account remains active.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your ATLAS account and associated personal data.

Where available, account deletion can be requested directly from the application or through the contact methods provided by ATLAS.

When an account deletion request is completed, personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal purposes.

Deleting an ATLAS account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Store subscriptions must be managed separately through the relevant store account.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

  • access your personal data;

  • request correction of inaccurate information;

  • request deletion;

  • restrict or object to certain processing;

  • request data portability where applicable;

  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

9. Children

ATLAS is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to independently consent to the processing of personal data under applicable law.

Users who do not meet the applicable minimum age requirements should not create an account unless permitted and supervised in accordance with applicable law.

10. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

ATLAS provides tools for training organization, workout tracking, fitness progress, and related recommendations.

ATLAS is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.

Users should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program where medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns are present.

11. International Data Processing

ATLAS and its service providers may process data in countries other than the country in which you live.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data.
